Seleccionamos tablones de arce, nogal o cerezo con veta continua. Cada pieza se inspecciona para asegurar la integridad estructural y la belleza natural antes de iniciar el fresado de precisión.
Nota técnica:La madera se estabiliza en nuestro taller para garantizar que no se deforme con el paso de los años.
Utilizamos fresadoras de alta precisión para perforar los 120 orificios reglamentarios. Cada track se alinea con exactitud milimétrica para asegurar un encaje perfecto de las clavijas de latón.
Nota técnica:La tolerancia de perforación es inferior a 0.1mm para un ajuste suave y firme de cada pieza.
Integramos incrustaciones de latón o maderas contrastantes según el diseño. Lijamos manualmente cada superficie hasta alcanzar un tacto sedoso, preparando el poro para el sellado final.
